VIÑA DISTRIBUTION is an initiative by INDUSTRIA FICVIÑA aimed at promoting the international distribution of short films made by final-year students from Chilean film and audiovisual schools. The program will select up to 10 finalist short films to take part in an international distribution clinic during FICVIÑA 2025. At the end of the event, 4 projects may receive specific distribution support.
Eligible short films must be academic productions, completed between July 30, 2024, and June 30, 2025, with a maximum duration of 30 minutes. They must be in Spanish or have Spanish subtitles and must not have a consolidated international distribution or commercial release.
Applicants must fill out an online form and submit a single PDF including the film’s technical sheet, viewing link, proof of student status or graduation, synopsis, director’s bio and filmography, and a motivation letter. The call is open from July 22 to August 22, 2025.
Selected filmmakers must attend all scheduled activities and commit to a safe, respectful, and discrimination-free environment.

FICVIÑA - Distribution
The PULSAR Santa Fe 2025 call is open exclusively to residents of Argentina, specifically from the provinces of Santa Fe, Córdoba, Entre Ríos, and Misiones. It includes three categories: advanced development, work in progress, and circulation. Selected projects will benefit from consultancies, business meetings, pitching sessions, and screenings. The event will take place in Rosario from September 24 to 27. Its goal is to strengthen Argentina's audiovisual industry through professional support and industry networking.

Pulsar Santa Fe 2025 - Audiovisual Market
The call is exclusively for Chilean women filmmakers. Projects in post-production stage can participate, including short films, mid-length, and feature films. Projects must be produced in Chile and be in editing, color correction, sound post-production or similar stages. Submission requires synopsis, teaser or work-in-progress footage, motivation letter, and post-production plan. Selected projects receive technical post-production services such as color correction, DCP mastering, and sound post-production. The call closes in August 2025 and the festival takes place in November 2025.

FECILS Female directors - WIP
BrLab Features is an international feature film development lab focused on Latin America, held annually in São Paulo, Brazil. It is aimed at directors, screenwriters, and producers with fiction projects in development.
Over an intensive week, selected participants receive one‑on‑one mentoring, market activities, script analysis, production consultancy, and networking with industry professionals. The goal is to enhance artistic quality and financial viability for international co‑production.
The 2025 edition remains competitive and selective. Applications will open in August 2025 (exact date to be announced), and the lab will take place in late 2025 in São Paulo. Participation is free, and projects from any country are welcome if they have international co‑production potential.

BrLab Features
BrLab Rough Cut is an intensive workshop for feature films in the editing or post-production stage, aimed at teams from Latin America, the Iberian Peninsula, and Italy. Its goal is to provide personalized guidance from renowned editors to enhance the final cut of fiction films. The 2024 edition will take place in São Paulo from October 4 to 7. Projects must submit a recent cut and be near final editing. Selected films receive Ibermedia grants covering travel, accommodation, and meals for two representatives. The workshop also offers networking opportunities with industry professionals. BrLab Rough Cut has supported internationally awarded films, contributing to the growth and strengthening of the Ibero-American audiovisual industry.
